VANCOUVER, Jan. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated (NYSE: RBA) (TSX: RBA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.1225 per common share payable on March 8, 2013 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2013. This dividend will be considered an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
