Value priced combo provides a big meal at a retro price
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Fans of bell bottoms, lava lamps and disco balls take heart – not all of
your beloved icons of the ‘70s have gone the way of the 8 track. The
Bonus Jack®, a double-patty cheeseburger that began grooving taste buds
at Jack in the Box® restaurants in 1970, is back for a limited time at
participating locations. Even better, Jack in the Box is offering a
Bonus Jack Combo Meal, featuring the retro burger along with a small
order of fries and small drink, for just $4.49, plus tax, at
participating restaurants. Prices may vary.
Also making a temporary comeback is the Secret Sauce that contributed to
the Bonus Jack’s unmistakable taste. Along with the Secret Sauce, the
Bonus Jack features two beef patties each topped with American cheese,
lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and served in a triple-decker bun.
“Whether you’re feeling nostalgic or just feeling hungry, this is a
great burger,” said Peter Tremblay, Division Vice President, Menu for
Jack in the Box. “Not only can our guests experience a delectable blast
from our past, but the Bonus Jack Combo Meal is a great value. This is a
limited time offer, though, so hurry in before the Bonus Jack becomes
just another delicious memory.”
