Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE: CBU) announced that it has
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on its’ common
stock. The dividend will be payable on January 10, 2013 to shareholders
of record as of December 14, 2012. The $0.27 cash dividend represents an
annualized yield of 4.0% based on the closing share price of $26.73 on
November 27, 2012.
